Registration Fees

Normal Registration for Conference
(Cover for papers in Regular Sessions and Poster Presentation)

Presenter/Participant USD 600 RM 2,300

Conversion to other currency is according to the exchange rate at the date payment is made.

All registrations are inclusive of access to all 1 and half days technical sessions, conference kit, program book, publication in ICICTM'18 proceedings, lunches, welcome reception, conference dinner, refreshments and certificate of attendance.

- At least 1 author of accepted paper must register and complete the payment April 15, 2018 before conference in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

- For authors that are paying through their institution, the final payment deadline is April 22, 2018. In such case, author is required to provide letter of undertaking from their institution and submit to icictm@unikl.edu.my before April 22, 2018. Unpaid paper after this date will be automatically rejected. If you have problems in payment or delay payment, please contact the conference secretariat.

- Publication of extended version papers to other journals is not covered under conference registration fee. The journal registration fee will be notified to the selected authors during journal publication process after the conference.

For participants paying using Debit/Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Bank Transfer, Cheque modes, please bank-in your payment to below account. After payment completed, please send copy of your payment receipt to icictm@unikl.edu.my to verify the transaction. Indicate and write clearly "PAYMENT FOR ICICTM18", your name, registration category, paper number and title, date and time of the transfer, and the country and city of origin.

2. Fill up new registration form here or login to EasyChair ICICTM'18 website's registration page
3. Email the proof of payment (if applicable) to: icictm@unikl.edu.my

Payment methods

You may pay the registration fees using payment methods listed below.

1. CIMB COUNTER

Payers can make their payment to UniKL MIIT CIMB account (AKAUN PUNGUTAN UNIKL IIM : 80-0026465-3) over any of the CIMB branches counter by filling in the CIMB Collect Service bank slip. The information below must be filled in:

- Payer Name: according your identity card
- Identity card no.: according your identity card
- Jumlah Wang Tunai/total cash: Total payment
- No. Rujukan/reference: Invoice no / Name of conference
- No. Bil/Kontrak: ID no./ IC no./Passport no.
- Nama Penerima/Beneficiery name: Akaun Pungutan UniKL IIM

*Please keep your copy of bank slip as a proof of payment.


2. INTERNET BANKING

Log on www.cimbclicks.com.my:
- Click Pay
- Click Bills
- Click CIMB Clicks
- Enter Biller Name
, key in UniKL and choose UniKL Malaysian Institute of Information Technology, MIIT
- Enter payer Name, payer IC No., Invoice No / Name of conference
- Enter Amount payable
- Enter proceed to payment
- Enter Payer Passport no. / payer IC no.
- Enter TAC No.
- Click Confirm

Cancellation Policy

If you have already registered for ICICTM'18 and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please notify ICICTM'18 secretariat in writing to icictm@unikl.edu.my. No refund is allowed.

Official Receipt and Certificate of Participation

The official receipts for payment will be issued during the conference at the Registration Desk. Each attendee will be issued with a certificate of participation based on the original registration (person who paid/registered) after they have presented their papers at the conference. The name printed on the certificate will be based on the EasyChair registration.
